Our role is to help clients create more organized systems for storefront setup, backend workflows, order management, customer communication, payment-support coordination, and fulfillment processes where applicable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for their own products, inventory ownership, merchant accounts, product claims, business decisions, content, and compliance obligations. Merchant Line supports operations and workflow coordination but does not replace the client's responsibility for managing their business.
Third-Party Services
Where payment-processing, shipping, hosting, software, or other third-party services are involved, those services are provided by independent third-party providers. Merchant Line may assist with setup, coordination, and workflow support, but does not act as the provider of those third-party services.
